The Arts and Humanities Research Council Centre for Studies in Intellectual Property and Technology Law at The University of Edinburgh
SCRIPT (a.k.a The AHRC Research Centre for Studies in Intellectual Property and Technology Law) was established on 1 April 2002 with the generous support of the Arts and Humanities Research Council. Phase 1 of its work (2002-2007) involved three anchor projects: Privacy, Property, Persoanlity, 2) Intellectual Property, Cultural Heritage and the Public Domain, and 3) E-Commerce Legislation in the European Union. This database is one of the key outputs of the first of these projects and will be maintained throughout Phase 2 of the Centre's work (2007-2012).
